Produced with whole milk matured for at least 20 days, Asiago DOP is the cheese that preserves and enhances the flavor of freshly milked milk and recalls the aromas of yoghurt, cream and butter. Also called “Pressato”, because the curd is minced after extraction from the cauldron and subsequently pressed to form the typical cylindrical shape, it is unique for its sweetness and appreciated for its distinctive and pleasant freshness.
